II. Recommended Method for Archiving Property
The user should identify and label the property as 1. Residential or Commercial, 2. Interior or Exterior 3, General or the Specific item. When archiving, the user should identify the room and continue with general pictures of the area then take specific pictures of individual items to be archived. When archiving the exterior of the house the user should take at least 4 pictures of the sides of the house/front back, right side and left side. If the user is archiving Commercial Property they should identify and name the property and then take appropriate pictures following the same procedure as the user would for Residential Property.
